Mascustom is the commercial space design and manufacturing brand of Shenzhen White Oak Technology. Backed by five equity-partner factories in China, we combine design, engineering, production, quality control and delivery within one operating structure.
White Oak has received investment from Kevin Wang, co-founder of Tubatu, a Chinese home renovation platform. From 2026, White Oak and Mascustom are expanding internationally, bringing this factory-backed capability and China’s material resources to overseas clients.
Our team leads each project from brief to delivery. We assign production across the five factories according to the materials, processes, scale and finish required, while keeping one point of responsibility for the client.

We manage specifications, sampling, production and quality control across this aligned manufacturing base, so clients work with one accountable team from design intent to finished delivery.
