Quality is built into every stage at Mascustom. A structured quality-control process — from incoming material inspection to final pre-shipment audit — ensures that every showcase and fixture arrives correct, undamaged, and ready to install.
Our QC Process
- Incoming material inspection — verify wood, metal, glass, hardware, and electronics against spec
- In-process checks — dimensional and finish review at each production stage
- Assembly & fit inspection — doors, drawers, locks, hinges, and glass fit
- Electrical & lighting testing — every LED circuit tested before enclosure
- Final pre-shipment audit — full unit inspection against the approved sample and drawings
- Photographic sign-off — documented condition before crating
Standards & Materials
We use certified, fire-rated materials and safety glass, and maintain tolerances appropriate to commercial millwork. Material certificates and test documentation are available on request.
Packaging for Transit
Approved fixtures are wrapped, foam-protected, and packed in custom export crating designed to survive international freight. Learn about shipping and installation.
