Mascustom ships completed fixtures worldwide and supports installation wherever your store is located. From export crating to on-site assembly, we manage the logistics so your store opens on schedule.
Export Packing
Each fixture is wrapped, corner-protected, and packed in a custom-built, fumigated export crate with clear labeling and packing lists — engineered for ocean, air, or road freight.
Global Logistics
We arrange door-to-door shipping, customs documentation, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin, and can ship under your preferred Incoterms (FOB, CIF, or DDP by arrangement).
Installation Support
- Installation guides — numbered parts, drawings, and video instructions for local contractors
- Remote guidance — direct support from our installation team during fit-out
- On-site installation — available in select regions through our trained partner network
- Supervision — a Mascustom supervisor can be dispatched for flagship projects
Typical Timing
Production takes 4–8 weeks depending on scope; international freight typically adds 2–5 weeks. We provide a milestone schedule before production begins.
