Can you help with the whole store or just one part?
Both. We can coordinate store design, fixtures, displays, packaging and material sourcing, or work on a clearly defined package alongside your existing designer or contractor.
What do you need to prepare a quotation?
A floor plan or dimensions, product requirements, quantities, reference images and delivery location are useful. If the brief is still taking shape, tell us what you know and we will help identify the missing details.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on design development, sampling, materials, quantities and shipping. We confirm a project schedule after reviewing the scope and your target opening date.
Can I review samples before production?
Sample requirements are agreed for the project. Depending on the item, this may include material swatches, finish samples or a prototype. Any associated cost and timing are included in the proposal.
Do you provide installation overseas?
We can discuss assembly information and delivery coordination for your project. On-site installation, licensed work and local compliance responsibilities must be agreed with the appropriate local providers.
How are shipping and import costs handled?
The quotation sets out the agreed delivery basis and responsibilities. Tell us the destination early so freight, import arrangements and local delivery can be discussed before you confirm the order.
